Eagle Precision Technologies manufactures a range of metal tube end
forming machines and CNC metal tube bending machines. Specialty is
machinery used in the manufacture of automotive exhaust pipe bender
systems, catalytic converters, shock absorbers, and suspension struts.
Designed for high production pipe bending applications, the EPT-90 XPH
incorporates heavy duty, robust construction with an advanced graphical user interface. This fully programmable, CNC pipe bender easily handles tubes up to 90mm (3.50") diameter.
The EPT-100 XPH pipe bender by Eagle Precision offers many features such as a lateral self-aligned carriage on precision bearings minimizes
set-up time and reduces marking on the tube. There is an automatic
lubrication system for bend arm linkage and pressure die assist to
ensure longer lasting life and it comes with programmable machine
sequences optimizing cycle time and can eliminate interference points.
The pipe bender has special machine monitoring functions to detect
tooling slippages and monitor material elongation to help reduce scrap.
Advanced diagnostics can also easily be utilized since all pipe bender
I/O points, and servo axes signals that can be monitored during
operation.
