The first of Eagle’s next generation tube endformers with all electric
operation (no hydraulics). All electric design
Eagle-Eaton Leonard endforming machines are known worldwide for
accurate tube forming, rugged construction and dependability. The new,
all electric I/O 3000 is ideal for many different precision tube sizing
and forming applications.
The I/O 3000 allows the operator to select up to four different
sequences to control the advance and return of the fingers and jaws.
Sequence variations are beneficial for applications requiring very
tight tolerance O.D. and I.D. tube sizing. The programmable control
provides menu driven programs and prompts the operator through the easy set-up process. The control stores part shape data for 250 parts, so
subsequent setups and adjustments are quickly performed be entering the part number. In addition, the unique 'quick-set' feature automatically
sets tooling to the saved tube sizing data for reduced set-up time.
