The Eagle Precision Technologies I/O Series is chosen worldwide by a
wide variety of industries requiring close tolerance sizing and tube
swaging. Common applications include automotive exhaust tubes and inlet and outlet nipples for mufflers and converters.
The I/O 3000 is a heavy-duty, all electric machine for tube sizing and
forming from 25.4 mm (1.0'') through 82mm (3.25") diameter. All
electric design, combined with robust construction, results in clean,
quiet, efficient operation. In addition, all electric power offers significant energy savings compared to conventional hydraulically operated equipment.
